Syracuse , NY – February, 2008 - Phylisa C. Sova , Senior Accountant at Green & Seifter, Certified Public Accountants, PLLC, has been elected to the board of Directors of The Cultural Resources Council of Syracuse and Onondaga County, Inc. (Council).
The primary purpose of the Council is to serve as a resource and supportive agency for the community and all agencies which affect or alter the cultural climate of the community. The board of directors determines which funds to implement and the purposes and objectives of the Council.
Phylisa has a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Baylor University and has over 17 years of public accounting experience. Her expertise is in not-for-profit accounting and she was previously involved with Big Brothers Big Sisters in Massachusetts .
