 Syracuse, NY - June 30, 2010 – We congratulate Patricia F. Beer, CPA, Partner at Green & Seifter, Certified Public Accountants, on her retirement from public accounting. With over 25 years of public accounting experience, Patty spent 13 of those years with our Firm. Patty was instrumental in growing the audit practice at Green & Seifter CPAs. Under her guidance, an audit team was built and today the audit practice is one of the Firm's largest practice areas.
Patty has been active in the community and is a past member of the Board of Directors for the United Way of Central New York, and the Board of Directors of the Greater Syracuse Business Development Corporation. She was also past president and a member of the Board of Directors of the Syracuse Chapter of the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants.
Patty's professionalism and dedication to the profession were an asset to the Firm and she will be missed by her co-workers and many clients. Her immediate retirement plans include spending time with her family. We thank Patty for everything she has done for Green & Seifter CPAs and wish her many good years ahead as she embarks on a fulfilling life away from public accounting.
