History of Green & Seifter CPAs
Started in 1957 by Edward S. Green, CPA, Esq.
and the late Joel Rudolph, the firm first practiced in the areas
of accounting and taxation. In 1977, Lowell A. Seifter, also a CPA
and an attorney, joined the firm. In 1981, the name of the firm was
changed to Green & Seifter Certified Public Accountants, P.C. In 2001, the principals of the firm acquired the practice from Edward Green and Lowell Seifter. Since then, Green & Seifter,
Certified Public Accountants,
PLLC has expanded its practice groups based on the diversified expertise
of its members.
